Loyalty Club
Childrens Place offers enrollment in MyPlaceRewards to give their customers discounts and vouchers to purchase merchandise. Members earn 5 points for every dollar spent, and can start receiving vouchers with as little as 1,000 points. Members that spend $250 or more will earn GOLD status and earn 6 points per dollar spent.
Childrens Place also offers their own PLACE credit card, which allows the holder to enjoy an additional 5% off every purchase made with the card, and 20% off the first purchase made with the card.
Shipping Policy
Childrens Place ships to anywhere in the United States [including Alaska and Hawaii], and offers many shipping method choices. You can have your order shipped via Standard Shipping to arrive within 10days after ordering, for a flat $5 fee. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories will ship via USPS and arrive within 15 days, for $10. Express Service will deliver within 5 days for $15, and Rush service will deliver within 3 days for $20. Rush service to Alaska and Hawaii is also available at additional cost, as is international shipping.
Childrens Place offers a refund of your purchased product within 45 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied, with receipt. Only exchanges can be offered without a receipt.
